the good thing about being sick

between naps, you can fit a little knitting in.

aran-splay

The aran is done* and the vest is 90% there.

*done except for the fact that you may have noticed the weirdness at the collar. It was the focus of the above image, so it was probably hard to miss. I believe this is due to cable splay, which means i will need to undo the bind-off and work some decreases into it as i re-do it.

    i like the color very much. and i like the collar just as it is, with a raw/handmade feel (though it could appear too ruffly and feminine).

    an inspiration over all, hx. very nice!
